Emma Lavelle is a second-year writer here at the Whittier Miscellany. This is Emma’s first year as the community editor. Emma was introduced to the Whittier by her 8th-grade English teacher. She wrote a potential article for the Whittier and immediately decided to join. Emma likes to write about things that are happening at school. She is a member of the spirit committee and likes to help organize things for the school. Outside school, she likes hanging out with friends, watching movies, and baking yummy treats.
